There's no pressure to talk about anything you don't want to. It's a night of darts and decent company. If a conversation happens, great. If it doesn't, that's fine too.

Two Pints Deep is a men's mental health and suicide prevention charity. We put on free community events that make it easier for men to get together, have a laugh and talk when they're ready.

We're not a clinical service, and we don't do therapy. What we do is create a space where blokes can show up as they are, and if someone needs more support, we'll help point them in the right direction.
