A Sauna & Plunge x Two Pints Deep Event
Sometimes the best thing you can do is stop, breathe, and be in a room with good people.
Just Breathe Fella is a free evening for men to come together at Sauna & Plunge - breathe, sweat, plunge, and leave feeling like a new man. No experience needed. No agenda. Just a couple of hours to reset and connect.
After the success of this in Manchester last year, we're hosting this on World Suicide Prevention Day because we believe spaces like this matter. The conversations that happen in a sauna, the quiet after a cold plunge, the walk home feeling lighter - that's what this is about.
The evening looks like this:
🕕 6.00PM — Arrive
Come in, say hello, meet the hosts from Sauna & Plunge and Two Pints Deep.
🫁 6.15PM — Breathe
A guided group breathwork session built for people who've never done it before.
🔥 7.00PM — Sweat
Into the sauna for a natter with the fellas. Count how many times someone says "it might be too hot."
🥶 7.15PM — Plunge
Your first dip in one of three cold contrast baths, guided by the team at Sauna & Plunge.
🚪 8.15PM — Leave
Dry off feeling like a new man. Head home, grab some scran, or even a pint with the fellas.

The "Between-Set" Chat: We’re keeping things real with short, honest conversations about navigating life’s ups and downs. No scripts, no clipboards—just genuine talk from people who’ve been there.
The Support Squad: Two Pints Deep legends will be in the building. If you’ve been looking for a bit of a bridge to a better headspace or just want to find out about local groups, they’re right there by the bar for a low-pressure chat.
