  • Barge East White Post Lane London, England United Kingdom (map)

Reach Out Relays is a unique team event combining accessible friendly competition & local mental health support.

It is a free-to-enter relay race, with a distance of approximately 4.5-5k.

The morning combines running, music, food, and connection. We aim to introduce men to local mental health support in an accessible, informal way!

Sign up as a team or an individual to run a 5k, or come down for the vibes.

How can you get involved?
There are 3 ways you can get involved on the day:

  1. Sign up as a single runner - we will select your team based on your predicted 5k time.

  2. Sign up as a team - choose your 4 runners and sign up as a team.

  3. Come down and support the race. With DJs, food, drink & the opportunity to meet the people behind some local communities - there is plenty to hear about!

Is it a race?

Yes - but a unique one for all levels of ability. There are two ways to win.

  1. First past the post - fastest team wins.

  2. The ‘average man’ prize - the team with the closest average time between all four runners. If you all aim for bang on 30 mins and pace yourself well, you could be running away with the prize.

Is it just for fellas?

It isn’t just for men, we welcome anyone to take part. However, as a men’s mental health charity - the communities that we invite down on the day will have a male oriented focus to the signposting.
