The TPD run club is back. A slow, social 5k built around conversation, starting from the Old Fountain on Old Street.
It starts with a question and usually ends in a pint.
The Two Pints Deep run club is back. Two Miles Deep is a slow, social 5k where the chat matters more than the pace. Every run kicks off with a question to get you talking, and we finish back at the pub.
You don’t need to be quick, and you don’t need to have run with a club before. Come on your own or bring a mate. Nobody gets left behind.
The plan
6:30pm: Meet at the Old Fountain, Old Street. Say hello, grab the question for the night and get warmed up. There is a bag drop available!
The run: An easy 5k at a pace you can talk at. That’s the whole point.
After: Back to the Old Fountain for a pint, or whatever you’re drinking. Stay for one or stay for a few.
Good to know
It’s 18+.
Wear something you can run in. Bags can be left at the pub.
It’s completely free.
Two Pints Deep is a men’s mental health and suicide prevention charity (Registered Charity 1212015). We put on free events that make it easier to talk, and point people towards support that already exists.
